Holiday Mixer
I’ve recently discovered a surprisingly delightful new hobby: blending and pairing different tea flavors to complement homemade dishes and desserts. My first experiment combined Twinings Chai Tea and Lady Grey Tea, and the result was incredible. The warm notes of cinnamon, clove, and subtle citrus created a perfect harmony with my Pioneer Apple Cake, enhancing the nostalgic spices and making each bite feel even more comforting. It’s a simple joy, but one that has opened a whole new world of flavor discovery for me.
Mixer recipe is 1 bag of Chai and 1 bag of Lady Grey per Cup.
