Introducing The Series of Light

Ai Audio reader

The holiday season is upon us—a time of joy, reflection, and gratitude. As the days grow colder and the nights longer, we are reminded of the light that shines through the darkness, bringing hope to all. In this spirit, I am thrilled to introduce a new series of blog posts that will celebrate the themes of light, redemption, and the profound meaning of Chanukah and Christmas.

This series, “Christ, Chanukah, and Charles Dickens,” will explore the connections between Jesus Christ, the Bible, and three of Charles Dickens’ most beloved works: A Christmas Carol, Oliver Twist, and A Tale of Two Cities. Each post will highlight powerful quotes from Dickens’ novels and scripture, pointing to Jesus Christ as the Light of the World and the ultimate reason for the seasons of both Christmas and Chanukah.

Posts in this series will be published every Tuesday at 9:30 AM, offering fresh insights and reflections to brighten your week and prepare your heart for this special time of year.

In addition, this series will run in tandem with another series, also focused on Chanukah, the Nativity, and themes of light and redemption. That series draws inspiration from one of my favorite books, The Christmas Candle by Max Lucado. Published every Thursday at 9:30 AM, it will complement the themes explored here by diving deeper into the miracles and hope that connect Chanukah and Christmas.

Together, these two series are designed to guide you through this season with inspiration, encouragement, and thoughtful reflection. Whether you’re drawn to the timeless lessons of Dickens’ characters, the miraculous story of Chanukah, or the beauty of the Nativity, you’ll find something to deepen your appreciation for the season.

I encourage you to join me each week as we uncover the light that shines in every corner of these stories—and in our own lives. Together, we’ll celebrate the hope, love, and joy that this season represents.

Mark your calendars, and let’s journey together into the light of this holiday season. I look forward to sharing these posts with you!
